In traditional dishwashers there is one spray arm between the top and bottom racks. The top rack of the dishwasher falls off the runners gliders when you pull it out. The top rack spray arm just clips onto the bottom of the upper rack. Make sure you unload the bottom rack before the top so your dishes stay dry. If your dishwasher is off track it may be due to the ball bearings. New racks cost about 80 and up.

The bottom rack of our bosch dishwasher comes off the track very often when it is full. A service repair guy said that we need to clean the soap off the wheels to prevent this problem. I am unsure what part i need. This did not help.
